Terms & Conditions

Welcome to All India Cabs Service. By booking or using our taxi, tour, or travel services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made in advance via phone call, WhatsApp, or website.
• Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.
• Trip details such as vehicle type, travel date, time, and fare must be approved by the customer.
• For outstation trips, driver and vehicle details will be shared before the journey.

2. Pricing & Charges

• Local trips are charged based on hourly or fixed travel packages.
• Outstation trips are charged on a per-kilometer basis with minimum daily kilometer limits.
• Toll charges, parking fees, state permits, and driver allowance are extra and payable by the customer.
• Round-trip kilometers will be calculated from garage to garage.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online transfer.
• Advance payment may be required for outstation or long-distance trips.
• Full payment must be completed at the end of the trip unless agreed otherwise.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed within a limited time after booking, before driver assignment.
• Cancellation charges apply if canceled after driver assignment or trip start.
• No refund for last-minute cancellations of outstation trips.

5. Waiting & Delay

• Waiting charges apply if the customer delays beyond the scheduled pickup time.
• If the customer is unavailable at the pickup location, it may be treated as a no-show.

6. Vehicle Usage Rules

• Air-conditioning may be switched off in hilly areas for safety reasons.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle will be charged to the customer.

7. Safety & Responsibility

• Customers must verify driver and vehicle details before starting the trip.
• All passengers are advised to wear seat belts during the journey.
• All India Cabs Service is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

8. Service Limitations

• In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be arranged subject to availability.
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or government restrictions are beyond company control.

9. Company Rights

• All India Cabs Service reserves the right to modify pricing, routes, or vehicle availability.
• The company may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
