Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by All India Cabs Service. By booking or using our taxi, tour, or travel services, you agree to abide by the terms stated below.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance through phone call, WhatsApp, or website.
  • Booking confirmation depends on vehicle availability.
  • Trip details such as vehicle type, travel date, time, and fare must be confirmed by the customer.
  • Driver and vehicle details will be shared before the trip start time.

2. Fare & Charges

  • Local travel is charged on an hourly or package basis.
  • Outstation travel is charged per kilometer with minimum daily kilometer limits.
  • Toll charges, parking fees, state permits, and driver allowance are extra.
  • Round trip distance is calculated from garage to garage.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online transfer.
  • Advance payment may be required for outstation or long-distance trips.
  • Full payment must be cleared at the end of the trip.

4. Cancellation

  • Free cancellation is allowed within a limited time before driver assignment.
  • Cancellation charges apply after driver assignment or trip start.
  • No refunds for last-minute outstation trip cancellations.

5. Waiting & Delay

  • Waiting charges apply if the customer delays beyond the scheduled time.
  • Unavailability at pickup location may be treated as a no-show.

6. Vehicle Usage Rules

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • Air-conditioning may be switched off in hilly areas for safety reasons.
  • Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the customer.

7. Safety & Responsibility

  • Customers must verify driver and vehicle details before starting the journey.
  • All passengers must wear seat belts during the ride.
  • All India Cabs Service is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

8. Service Limitations

  • Alternate vehicle will be provided in case of breakdown, subject to availability.
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions are beyond company control.

9. Company Rights

  • All India Cabs Service reserves the right to change pricing, routes, or availability.
  • Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice.
