Refund & Cancellation

At All India Cabs Service, we value our customers and aim to provide transparent and fair refund and cancellation policies. Please read the following terms carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking Cancellation

  • Bookings can be canceled via phone call, WhatsApp, or website request.
  • Free cancellation is allowed within a limited time after booking, before driver assignment.
  • If the booking is canceled after the driver has been assigned or has started the trip, cancellation charges will apply.

2. Outstation Trip Cancellation

  • Outstation trip cancellations must be made well in advance.
  • No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations of outstation trips.
  • If the driver has already reached the pickup location or started the journey, cancellation charges will apply.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation or service charges.
  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment method.

4. Advance Payment

  • Advance payment may be required for outstation or long-distance trips.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the driver has been assigned or trip has started.

5. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to be available at the pickup location at the scheduled time, it will be treated as a no-show.
  • No refunds will be issued in case of no-shows.

6. Trip Modification

  • Any changes to trip details such as date, time, route, or vehicle type are subject to availability.
  • Price changes may apply if trip modifications are requested.

7. Service Disruption

  • In case of vehicle breakdown or unforeseen circumstances, an alternate vehicle will be provided based on availability.
  • If the trip is canceled by the company due to unavoidable reasons, a full or partial refund may be issued.

8. Company Rights

  • All India Cabs Service reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
  • Updated policies will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
